Why as a society are we still reliant on outdated polluting forms of energy? The answer is that we do not need (and have not needed these sources of energy for a long time).

Since the early 1900's hundreds of people like Tesla and Moray and more recently Bearden / Bedini and now Steorn have shown that an unlimited amount of free clean green energy can be extracted from the space around us with no environmental pollution or emissions.

This energy is called the zero-point energy.

The zero point energy is an endless sea of energy which through various means can be tapped into; similar to making a hole in a resevoir wall. Make the hole and the water gushes out and it will never stop.

Tap into the zero-point energy resevoir and you have ended oil dominance as well as nuclear, coal, gas, solar, geothermal, wave, wind and tidal all in one go.

Zero-point technologies are upon us and yet as a specises we know very little about them. Hardly surprising however since we have ridiculed what we don't understand for a long time.

Every year many billions in funding is given to further our understanding of polluting fuels yet only a small fraction of this money - properly diverted into zero-point research could get us off the oil wagon forever. Why is this the case?
